⯎ about me! ⯎

Faves Net History

Hi! I'm Vivi!

I enjoy video games (specifically cozy or lore-heavy games), reading (most often fanfics), and making art! I used to love creating characters and world building, though as I've gotten older I don't always have the mental energy or creativity for that, but I do miss it, and I'm hoping having a new place to share my creations helps to motivate me!

I've been active online for around 15 years now and have joined MANY different communities in that time. Most notably Deviantart, Tumblr, Twitch, and Instagram

If you really want to learn more about me, feel free to explore my site! I've put stamps and blinkies and other such things all over the place, so it won't be difficult!

⯎ what's goin on here? ⯎

Welcome to my site!! I am very much a beginner, I've recently really staretd to get into HTML and CSS, though I did already know a little bit from customizing my profiles back in ye olden days, specifically on Deviantart (and on Matmice before that).

I'm tired of Social Media, I used to love it and spent several years on Instagram specifically, but recently I've just grown tired. Between AI, censorship, ads (oh god the ads), and just the mindless scrolling involved I've ended up uninstalling most of my social media apps and sticking just to Tumblr and occasionally Bluesky, although even that is iffy sometimes.

My goal is not to become a super talented, popular creator. I just want a place to create and share the things I've made with people.

I'll be experimenting with coding here, so I'm sorry if you find anything broken or funky.

⯎ some faves ⯎

• games:

i really like farming sims and cozy games! any game that is lore heavy or you can roleplay i also enjoy, like the witcher games, final fantasy, and fire emblem. any game that has romance options are also cool.

i like playing mobile games, but i tend to avoid anything that relies too healivy on gacha or microtransactions.

• tv and movies:

i like sci-fi and fantasy a lot! some of my favorite shows/movies are supernatural, star trek, harry potter, lord of the rings, doctor who, merlin, and marvel.

there is also some anime i like, though i'm not as big of a fan as some people. i love beastars, my hero academia, fullmetal alchemist, and yuri on ice.

i know there's tons of other shows and movies that i like, or that i would like, but as i tend to get super fixated on things i usually put off watching new stuff. i could make a list long enough to fill a whole page (and might) that lists all of my favorite shows and tropes.

• books:
• things: i enjoy art, specifically drawing and sketching. i also like video games, reading (most often fanfics), and collecting things. some stuff i collect include plushies, tamagotchis, and art books.
